Handmade from recycled fiddle bows. These look and sound great. I make the fiddle bow beaters from broken fiddle bows I get from Charlie Byrne and all the shops I deal with. Because they are narrow and shaped they make an ideal tipper. I cut the bow in lengths of 9-11". Because the bows are various sizes the tippers vary . I then weight the end with lead and to finish I decorate it with pencil grip or electric wire cover. These were popular from the start. They are great for one ended playing.
